European Vacation: Popeye Village Malta
🕑 Added 2020-08-12 07:10:01 +0000 UTCPopeye Village is a tourist destination in the microstate of Malta. It began its life as the set for the 1980 Robert Altman film. And now it’s a place where you can dance with Popeye and his pals!

There's an event you can do there where you make a movie with Popeye, which is why you sometimes see Popeye holding a camera in the promos, it's wild, I found a couple: One from 2008: https://youtu.be/UBndWPz7BHo One from 2018: https://youtu.be/QyA-Zb1kvsM And here someone filmed themselves being part of it so you can see how they made these, my favorite thing is that there's no editing, they just play the background music on speakers so the music jumps around every time there's a cut! https://youtu.be/gJzCbENLFCY I absolutely love this and wanted to bring it to you guys' attention!
