It does need improvement but I'm sure you can do it. And it's actually better than what I was expecting. I'm not an animator nor I know anything about it but for me as a viewer what I like the most is not long animations with various positions but just smooth and just eye pleasing ones like if you make a good and smooth bj loop I would be very satisfied.
