Wetting instructions: potty dance by a window

This week's instructions are for those of you who are risk taking :)
You will potty dance right by a window, where someone might see you. It's up to you when you do this. If it's late at night, probably no one will see, but you can still have the fun risk taking feeling.
Potty dance for about 3 minutes before you wet yourself. Get into it, do it even if it's embarrassing. With each second, feel how it's easier to do. You have to pee after all, so go ahead and potty dance.
If you really have a full bladder, then dancing in place will be easy. You feel how easy it is, because your body feels the stress of needing to pee. It has extra anxious energy. The best way to relieve that anxious energy is to potty dance... and then, to pee. After a few minutes of potty dancing, when the desperation is intense, just let go and pee yourself. Stop dancing, and let it happen. Pee yourself right by the window. Keep peeing until your bladder is empty.
If you did this by a window, good job!
You can also do this in a diaper, if you prefer :)

me too cuz my brain says gotta hold it prove big girl gotta hold it but in a diaper you can’t win you know you’re in a diaper because you can never ever make it to the toilet and besides the toilet monster is there and you’re being protected from the toilet monster by being out in a diaper see how logic it is ?
