Embarassment and Humiliation
🕑 Added 2023-09-16 17:00:01 +0000 UTCWetting or messing yourself as an adult sure is embarrassing. If you do it alone, that is pretty embarrassing. When you look in the mirror and see your wet pants, or when you have to mop up your own puddle.
Even more embarrassing is if someone sees. In that moment, you know that you are a pants-wetter.
You can't hide it, you can't pretend it didn't happen. You can't try to forget that it happened, because someone else already knows.

This is a good point. An accident can be written off as a one time event. A diaper... well that overrides the one time thing.

I would love to imagine, you are settling in your first ever apartment. You slowly try and unpack everything from the move. As soon as your in the middle of unboxing something you don't notice of you wetting yourself. A neighbor comes over to help you unpack because you asked her for help. She notices the wet spot but doesn't say a word and still continues to help with the unpacking. Few minutes in she says something about the wet spot and offers to take you in under her wing as your new caregiver and decides that the stuff you have is unesscary and wants to take care of you and trade it in for apporaiate baby girl stuff instead. You feel emberessed about it at first with a sob. But you quietly nod on the offer of her helping you out in this situation. You got to her and give her a hug as she offers to hold your hand to her place to help you get ready for your permanent regression sessions. Just thought of this scenario myself as a possibility of what could happen if i move out eventually. Hpefully this will give you an idea for a fun new series down the road mummy?

All of the above sounds very embarrassing. Of that list, someone seeing me in a diaper is the most embarrassing to me. There is no explanation for wearing a diaper that isn’t incredibly humiliating. Also, anyone seeing me would have to assume I wore diapers all the time. So each time they see me, they would probably suspect I was wearing and I would always wonder if they told others about my diapers. Of course, the most embarrassing thing of all to me would be to lose the last shred of adulthood I am clinging to, I am not a bedwetter.
