This week, I want you to wet yourself sitting down. I want to train all my hypno fans to wet themselves in any position, wearing anything, no matter what they're doing. These instructions are just slightly more mentally intense than usual. Follow them only as much as you want.
At a time that you really have to pee, start texting someone you know. Texting, emailing, messaging, or if you're very brave, during a phone call or zoom call (but do this only if you know that you'll be able to pee without making a puddle sound. For instance, you can mute your phone/ zoom). You can also use this opportunity to wet yourself while talking to a total stranger on the phone, like calling customer service.
While texting or talking, as you really have to pee, just sit down on the floor, and without thinking, wet your pants. You have my permission. You can tell yourself you're doing this only because Mommy told you to :)
Sit down, keep texting, and piss yourself completely while texting. The other person will have no idea what's happening. Only you will know that you are completely wetting your pants, doing something so embarrassing that adults do not do. You'll look down at your wet pants, you'll see the evidence, but the other person will have no idea that they are talking to a pants wetter.
I want you to have a wetting accident while in the middle of communicating with someone. You will probably feel a mix of emotions: shame, embarrassment, excitement at breaking the rules, the feeling of a special secret. No one will know... except me of course :)

I did it. I was shocked to feel pee on my thighs and running down one calf. I was also shocked to see it pooling up on the absorbent pad under me. It immediately felt warm and clammy at the same time, then very quickly felt cold and clammy. I am feeling weird, knowing I have become a pants wetter. It can't be taken back. Now, I am and will always be a pants wetter.

It's my first time following Mommy's instructions so I was super excited to do this. I had to call my surgery to make an appointment for a blood test, I'd drunk a lot so I'd be desperate to pee, I kept my work trousers on and sat on the kitchen floor. As soon as the receptionist answered I stopped holding back and peed myself. During the whole conversation I was now sitting in a nice warm puddle of piss! Thankyou Mommy for the very fun task ❤️

So Dottie DID it. My disability case worker. During our call, sat down on the floor on a towel and got very quiet, muted the phone, then let out a grunt of “oh no! Oh oh no no no!” Like happens when peeing for me and peed my pull-ups while my case worker talked away. “Peeing!” said Dottie. “Peeing! Oh no no no.” Stsrted sniffling. Felt so proud. Did Dottie do it right?
