Just know that this week, when you wet yourself, you will let it send you all the way into this mental space. You will want to sniffle, cry, whimper, and feel totally helpless.
As the stream starts, just let go. Start sniffling, start crying, go all the way there. Let yourself make as much noise as you want. Hearing yourself make noises will add to the mental experience. Go all in.
And after you finish wetting yourself, spend the next minute sniffling a little. Feel that mental state... helpless, embarrassed.. what does it feel like?

I tried a few times. I haven't really been able to cry since i was a kid. My dad hit me every time i cried back then (men don't cry). Ironically, at 12 or so, he hit me for not crying when my great grandmother died.

I'll defently give this a try throughout this month mummy. I'm not very good with doing stuff within command though. But just letting stuff go when feeling full I can do with distraction easily. Which I'll try and do regularly to become a pants wetter n be part of the baby club which is were I belong. 👸

dottie always have sniffle and cry and go “Oh! OHHHH! OHHHHHHH!” and other stuff but it’s more like overwhelm cry because proud a pee for mommy is that ok ? can it be proud strong feelings cry?
