Create an internal monologue
🕑 Added 2023-08-07 20:00:02 +0000 UTCAs you pee yourself this week, you will have an internal monologue going. It's up to you where and when you wet yourself, but this week, as you do it you will have an internal monologue going.
This is what you will think, as you feel like you're about to pee yourself:
Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, I'm about to have an accident. I'm about to pee myself. I'm a grown adult but I'm about to pee myself. I'm having an emergency. I'm not going to make it to the toilet in time.
As you pee yourself, you will think:
It's happening, I lost control. I'm peeing my pants. I'm wetting my pants as an adult.
After you pee yourself, you will look in the mirror and think to yourself:
I am a pants wetter. I am someone who wets my pants. I'm a grown adult who has accidents. I just had an accident in my pants.
And then you can change your clothes (or change into a diaper!)
Tell me what it's like to have this internal monologue in your mind.

and with this repeated phrase maybe the issue is “i’m a grown adult” part . Maybe someone isn’t the grown adult they thioufgt

I've had an internal dialogue for about 25 years now. I've been in 24/7 diapers for 35 years, due to an accident that damaged my spinal cord and part of my brain, then after recovery just decided I like diapers. A Mistress I lived with for several years decided I should be her baby subby, and used conditioning and hypnosis to turn me into her big baby. A foundational belief the "only babies wear diapers" and "only babies wet their diapers" convinced me I was and am a baby, and then a programmed response to wetting myself "I wet myself because I am a baby" and "I am a baby because I wet myself", constantly reminds me I am a baby, and have been a baby for 25 years now. I think it's great having the dialogue with myself every time I wet, confirming that I am a baby and always will be a baby.
