Wouldn't it be fun to pee yourself even though it's not an emergency? That's just the best, isn't it. When you pee yourself just because you're distracted or not holding in your pee very well. Not because the urge is strong, not because you drank a lot, just because you're not totally potty trained :)
So tomorrow, when you have a free 15 minutes when your bladder is maybe only half full... or even less than that, do something that distracts you. Maybe watch a tv show... or listen to music... or just daydream. Then, start peeing yourself. Even though it's not an emergency, you might see that it's very easy to pee yourself. Feel how your pants are getting totally warm and wet... feel how easy it is to do when your mind is distracted. Then, change your clothes (or maybe put on a diaper). If you found it very easy to pee yourself even without a strong urge, this might be a sign that you are not totally potty trained!

I had my accident while playing video games. I was distracted, the urge snook up on me and flowed into my pants. I think I feel my bladder weakening as well with all these exercises.
