Tomorrow, you are going to wait for a time when you have a moderate need to pee. Then you will step into the shower, and before turning on the water, just think to yourself, how capable are you of holding your pee? Do you think it's something you can do? How about you feel warm water running on your feet and legs? You might find out that the warm water is such a strong trigger that your bladder just empties itself before you have a chance to think about it.
So turn on the water, and when it's nice and warm, let it run over your feet. Then let yourself pee. You will probably really want to go, so let go. Your bladder will want to release, especially if you have a habit of peeing in the shower, so let it happen.

wow yes just did it and WAY faster than planned, was planning on setting things up and having a moment but as soon as the water hit couldn’t hold it and peed all over myself VEDY PROUD tbank you !
