This hypnosis file will stimulate gradual changes in your mind and body as you slowly stop controlling your bowels. When it comes to bowel incontinence, I think gradual change is best. Those muscles tend to be less loose, and having bowel accidents is also something that people struggle with if they aren't eating enough of the right foods (fiber and lets of water).
So this recording will help you not only let your body unlearn potty training so you can start messing yourself, but also help you build good habits with drinking water and eating the right kind of food. This is part 1. Part 2 will come out next month!
If you're not sure if you want to be bowel incontinent, you can give it a listen. It's not meant to have a strong effect very fast, but it will give you an idea of what it would be like if you started losing control, filling your pants unexpectedly, no longer knowing when you have to poop.
