Wetting Instructions: Have a little accident ritual

Pick 3 days straight when you can have an accident, and pick a time of day to make it happen. Wetting yourself will feel like a special treat, to remind yourself to just let go. Pick a time, and wear your most comfortable clothes. This time, even if you don't feel like your bladder is full, go ahead and pee anyway. Get your body used to (or more used to) wetting even if you're not bursting to pee.
Every day, when you have your little accident, remind yourself "this is normal, this is a normal thing, I accept that I sometimes wet my pants." Feel the warmth, and feel how you accept it. Then imagine that Mommy is there. I see you, I see your wet pants every day for three days straight and I totally accept that this is normal for you. Feel what it would feel like to really be seen, in your wet pants (or wet diaper) and to feel totally accepted.

This sounds like a bit of work to do mummy. I promise I'll train my bladder to weaken itself overtime. While I'm on break from school. I so want to be part of the pants wetting club. I'll work hard on this and make you proud of me for being a baby girl. I promise. 👸

this is really good advice it’s how dottie started being able to do it. starting, the ritual was going into the shower and standing holding the shower bar (am disabled so have a lot of them). stood there and let a few drops only come out. it’s all could make myself do at first. pretended that mommy was there telling me well those few drops encouraging me that wasn’t done peeing so a few more then a few more and then finally could let go all the way. did it the next day and the next? same pretend story. now there’s no few drops, just go relaxed and happy in diapers whenever need a go. it gets easier the more you do. sometimes now don’t wear diaper see how long can make it (not long)
