I have been afraid to wear diapers to work. I have been weqring LivDry Ultimates. I drink a pot of coffee in the morning while catching up on email and such. I usually try to hold as long as i can before running to the bathroom. I get ready for work and use the toilet before my hour commute to work. I dribble once or twice about half my trips. I keep spare pullups available and am usually the first to arrive. I am very new to this hypnosis.

I have not wet myself at all this month quite sadly. Alright, at least I did twice this month at best. I'm slowly developing my regression. Very slowly but surely I will get there mummy hypno.
Fridays I turn into a diaper day and see what happens. Wet Always, Poise, Depends, Huggies, and Pampers....
