I wanted to create a trigger that was easy to use and access but that wouldn't interfere with everyday life. That's why I decided you could choose one article of clothes that you associate with wetting yourself. This is your "accident outfit". Every time you put it on you immediately start peeing in it. Over time your body has an immediate feeling of wanting to pee as soon as you put it on.
I mention the "accident outfit" in a lot of my wetting instructions because I want to reinforce this feeling of uncontrollably peeing yourself as soon as you put it on.
Maybe I can make a Surprise Trigger #2 with a new trigger to get you to wet yourself? What are your suggestions for mundane, safe, but easy triggers to get you to pee your pants?

The obvious of course: Baby clothes of any kind, pacifiers, sucking one's thumb while peeing to form that association... Safety/lack of consequences. Training to go whenever it is safe and harmless to do so, such that continence would only remain when necessary, is a fun concept I like. I've practiced it a bit and it does seem to make it easier to quickly wet my pants (w/o a diaper) around the house.
Another trigger would be interesting for sure. Maybe a phrase or piece of furniture?
