Wetting Instructions!
🕑 Added 2022-10-02 19:00:04 +0000 UTCVery soon you are going to wet your pants…. After you read this, you will plan a time to wet your pants.
Find your accident outfit from my previous recording. If you don’t have an accident outfit yet, find one now. A pair of pants, shorts, or anything that you will now use only for wetting yourself and nothing else. This is the clothes that will trigger your bladder to release.
It's good to have triggers. It's good to have something that will bypass your conscious mind and simply remind your bladder to pee right now, right here, in your clothes.
Now pick a time when your bladder is half full… full but not too full. Get your accident outfit ready. Take off your clothes and go to the shower... You’re going to step into the shower, and let the warm water go over your body.... yes this warm water will remind you of peeing... You will want to pee, but you will try your best to fight the urge.
As the warm water runs down your legs, you’ll feel how much your bladder wants to let go.... the warm water running down your legs will remind you of what it feels like to pee yourself....
But - before your body can start to pee, you’re gonna get out of the shower, dry your body with a towel, then quickly pull on your accident outfit.
This is the moment you will let go of your bladder. Feel how each time you wear this clothing it triggers you to pee yourself more and more easily. Watch yourself as you wet yourself... see how your bladder just releases... let yourself mindlessly enjoy it.
You know what you’ve done… you know how backwards it is… right after leaving the shower, you put on clothes and immediately peed yourself. You could have peed in the shower but instead you peed in your clothes. You're the kind of person who pees in your clothes...
Take a mental image of it. See what you’ve done... You’ve had an accident in your clothes.
Every time you wear this article of clothing you will wet yourself, and every time when you look down and see it, it will reinforce the truth - you’ve wet your pants like a baby. You have a weak bladder. You peed your pants even though you’re an adult… Accept this… and enjoy your state of mind.
