Discipline and Punishment

In a previous poll I asked how you feel about getting punishment after having an accident.
Now my question is: how do you feel about getting punishment or discipline if you don't have an accident.
In my incontinence series, I train the subject to start to associate underwear with discomfort. Underwear starts to seem prickly and uncomfortable, but diapers feel good. Diapers feel right! This way I discipline my subject into feeling that the only option is diapers.
This is just one way to discipline someone into wearing and using diapers.
Another way would be to remind you that if I catch you using a toilet, you'll be in big trouble. And even if I don't see it, if you so much as sit on a toilet to pee, or stand in front of it, you will start to feel prickly.
What do you think? Would this kind of discipline be a good way to reinforce your wetting habit?

Part of the point for Dottie is to be teached a mixed up way so that stuff people think is punish is reward and stuff pdople think is reward is punish and don’t know which is which and which answer is right
I love the comfort of a mommy or nurse much more than punishment. Just my personal feeling

Dry Diaper Humiliation sounds hot, with embedded diaper use/lifestyle/permanence suggestions, like those sph videos, like, "when they hired me, they told me you used a lot of diapers, at least 5 a day, and you haven't started using ONE yet!? I shouldn't have even brought a diaper bag..."
For incontinence, could also help if there was punishment for being dry, or holding it.

It would be great if everytime I try and use the toilet my shyness of my bladder gets to me and quits working. Until I walk way from it without a thought and being reminded that I need to be back in daipies again in my sleep without a thought in the world.

In my research, letting go as soon as the urge hits you is the best way to train incontinence. I love this!

It would be great if every time I went to the bathroom I knew that if they caught me I would be severely punished. I can't wear diapers every day but fear of harsh punishment may change that in the future.
