Messing Yourself

Maybe sometimes when you wet yourself.. a strange urge comes over you.. maybe something in the back of your mind is telling you to go ahead... push... let it all out. In the back of your mind you you realize that you've already wet yourself.. so why not just go ahead and let it happen... mess yourself
Maybe there were a few close calls... maybe there was a time recently when you really had to poop and you chose to run to the toilet... but I bet, in the back of your mind, you knew... that if you just stopped in place... you would load your pants.. maybe you knew how close you were, and you stopped yourself.
If you stop yourself from messing... well my suggestion is, next time, when you wet yourself... notice that voice in the back of your mind telling you to go ahead and poop your pants...
That voice in the back of your mind is my voice.. you've already gone this far... you've already lost some of your potty training skills.. your pants are wet, you'll need to do laundry... so go ahead, poop yourself.
You're worried about the mess? Don't think. Poop yourself. You're worried about how you'll feel? I'll tell you - you'll feel good, because you can report to me what you've done. You think it will smell bad? Yes, it will, an the shame of it will remind you that you're not at all toilet trained.. the embarrassment will make your whole face blush...
Maybe you're already blushing now imagining it... maybe you know secretly... that you've already come close to pooping yourself before. Maybe you have pooped yourself many times... then my instructions will be easy to follow.
Next time you wet yourself.. and you feel that urge to poop... go ahead. Poop yourself. Once you do it, you'll know that you're now someone who poops their pants... If you need to share this shameful confession with someone, I am here to listen. I'll remind you that your potty training is weak, and if you've pooped your pants once.. you'll probably do it again.

Have only been a member of this group for a few days and have already pooped my pants once. Like you said about some things here itβs that long βiβ word that mean it gonna happen. Been trying to stop fighting. Finally can.
@smackledorf I've noticed the same thing. If I do an extended hold or plan to wet a diaper over and over until it leaks, I almost always end up needing to mess by the time I'm ready to change. If I push at all to force my pee out faster, I'll end up messing.

Excellent. Side note:I don't know if it's just me but... More often than not if I try my hardest to hold in a wetting as long as I can, the pressure results in a messing either first, or simultaneously, with losing my bladder.
