This is your reminder to regress. This week pick an item that helps you regress. You can suck on a pacifier (or your thumb), hug a stuffy, or wear something that makes you feel little, like a diaper, onesie or a tutu. You can also combine all these items to sink into an age regressed state.
Spend ten minutes enjoying that item... sinking into an age regressed state. Just enjoy the feelings, even if it's only ten minutes (or it can be longer). When you're ready, just let go and wet yourself. Wet yourself in a way that makes you feel extra little. It can be mindless, silly or just innocent. Go all the way into that mental state. oh and for items dottie got my movie collection like paw patrol curious george barbie movies (not the grown up live action one the real barbie movies) paddington, etc, also my pajamas which are all sesame street in my size and also my big collection of plushies got a mastadon a spinosaurus also peppa pig all the paw patrol and abby cadabby and also like many care bears a big fat seal also dottie got a pacifier use every single night. don’t know how people survive without paci like how would you ever be able to sleep without it in your mouth it’s just natural
