Whatever you're doing, just let the pressure in your bladder build as you drink more liquids. Feel the pressure build and build. Start thinking to yourself, I'm not gonna make it. I'm not gonna make it to the bathroom. I'm gonna have an accident. I've had many accidents before this. It's gonna happen again. I can't make it in time. I'm going to have an accident.
Think this over and over, until you are at the verge of an accident. Your own internal monologue will convince you that there is no way you can make it in time. Finally think to yourself, I'm not gonna make it in time! Stand up. Wet yourself. Pee yourself as you keep thinking these thoughts. You did not make it in time. You wet your pants.
