Wetting instructions
🕑 Added 2023-11-16 04:00:01 +0000 UTCThis week, you will wet yourself while napping. It's your choice if you want to wear a diaper or just wet the bed. Drink a glass of warm milk, warm tea or any kind of warm beverage. Then climb into bed, reminding yourself the whole time, that you will wet yourself.
As you sleep, focus your mind on getting the stream of pee going. Start the stream just as you are falling asleep. Do it mindlessly, without even thinking. Feel the pee pooling around you and fall asleep anyway. Just continue peeing as you fall asleep.
If you find that you can't fall asleep, just close your eyes and enter a deep relaxation. Feel how close you are to sleep, how you almost wet yourself in your sleep.
And after some resting, change out of your wet pants.

Fitted my waterproof mattress protector as I didn't want to wear a diaper for Mommy's wetting task so I could feel the full effect of the pee pooling underneath me. After a large mug of tea and a short wait I was feeling the need to pee. I jumped into bed and started to doze, I didn't hold back when the desperation became too strong to ignore letting it all flood out. The warm pee felt amazing as it flowed around me, I felt relaxed enough to actually sleep until the pee cooled and it became too chilly to ignore. Loved doing it, thankyou Mommy 😍

Dottie can’t wet the bed due to disability issues (can’t do the clean up after and don’t wanna leave it so could get infections etc) so what Dottie do is sit in my bathtub and relax and take a nap to experience this. No pull ups, just my pajama bottoms. Recently made big break through of leaking all the time a little bit at a time, and that means am losing real bladder control which is exciting to have to be in pull ups all the time. Sometimes making it to the toilet for a big pee and sometimes not is very much where a toddler like me should be at always. But napping in the dry tub and having a accident and sitting in it for a while is so nice. If you can’t wet the bed for reasons, let me recommend the dry tub. It feels epic and you can get a nap if your tub is big enough
