After you have an accident, how does it affect you mentally?

Do you feel like the "seal" has been broken, and now you can't stop yourself from wetting? Do you feel a bit more silly and little, and age regressed?

Yeah for me for instance pull ups are the only possible because of my motor control, putting on a diaper is too hard for me to do. But would wear diaper if coke put it on. Still, am proud of my pull ups because they mean my brain is exactly where it should be — wetting myself when it’s right (almost always) and messing myself too
I feel it makes every accident after much easier to have. Kind of like it is what I am supposed to do when I have to go potty.

Since I wear 24/7 and have for 35 plus years, I don't really have "accidents" and it's just normal to wet my diaper anytime and anywhere. Rarely will Mommy let me wear training pants with no baby panties and I wet my pants but that's what babies do, so it's just normal.

Peeing without a toilet — and sometimes even outside my pull ups — makes me feel like have no control of myself, which is true, peeing is just gonna happen and Dottie don’t got the power to stop it or control it. That’s for grown ups to decide not me. All Dottie can do is do what she’s told which is all she ever gonna be able do. Because that’s her purpose to be obey and do good toddler life. So pee remind me every time no control, toddler, belong in pull ups for life.
