Dark ABDL: You must follow one rule
🕑 Added 2021-02-17 10:01:01 +0000 UTCThis is a little text hypnosis that may give you a light trance. The idea is to read through it, enjoy and take in the suggestion at the end. If you do not want to take in the suggestion, do not read the last paragraph, which gently plants a suggestion that will affect your bladder and your mental state. As you read, imagine it in my voice. It's optional of course, but if you do follow the suggestion + rule, let me know. It's nice to hear from little ones who follow my rules. You can also read this later on, at a convenient time.
Hello little one. I know you are prone to wetting yourself. Your bladder sometimes cannot hold it and you start to wet yourself. Your pants get wetter and wetter.... or your diaper gets fuller and fuller as you let go. This is a good things for babies to do.... good babies must wet their diapers. Some babies even mess their diapers. Little ones who are not in control of themselves need to be controlled by a powerful Mommy.... You want to be a good baby... and you want to follow the rules.... you will follow Mommy's rules.
Your bladder is relaxing now... and your mind wants to receive a rule. Good babies listen to Mommy obediently.... not fighting any of my suggestions. You must drink a lot of liquids today.... you need to be a good baby and drink liquids. You know why .... you know what liquids will do to you. Good babies are obedient. They listen and do as they are told.
You want to do as you are told. You will have a wetting accident tonight. Whether you planned on it or not, it will happen. You will wet yourself. You will feel that you just can't hold it anymore, and you will pee yourself. As you wet yourself, you must follow one rule: imagine looking up and seeing Mommy. Imagine that you are wetting yourself like a good baby, looking up to Mommy. Good babies do as they are told.... that's why you'll follow the rule. It'll feel different from a regular accident, it will feel like you are giving in to Mommy's control, and that will be a good feeling for you. Keep it in the back of your mind as you drink liquids... keep it in mind until tonight when you wet yourself.

I like this a lot. I enjoy being given some rules guiding my behavior.
