Instructions from Mommy (for in public)
🕑 Added 2022-08-05 19:00:05 +0000 UTCThis week I will give you some instructions that are a little bit risky… I want you to do this in public. But if you are too nervous or shy, you can do it at home. It's better to do this when the weather is warm and not yet too cold... you'll see why by the time you finish reading.
You're going to go to a public location. Bring an extra pair of underwear with you… just in case. This extra pair of underwear is to give you a sense of security. You can feel like you have a safety net. Maybe even bring an extra pair of pants if you feel nervous about having a small accident.
Go somewhere that has public restrooms, and specifically stalls. This will be easier to do in a stall, and not at a urinal. Or maybe a place that has a bathroom that is a single locked room (like at a coffees hop). You need a little bit of privacy because your underwear will not be dry…
Pick a place that you know well, so you know how to get to the public restrooms. Drink lots of liquids in advance… and then when you feel a strong need to pee, go to the bathroom.
Once you get to the bathroom… you’ll pull down your pants… but not your underwear. Feel how the urge to pee is getting strong… as it gets stronger... let go!
Pee your underwear for 4 seconds. As you pee yourself, count in your mind to 4. I mean 4 long seconds (you can count “one Mississippi… two Mississippi....”) . Then stop the pee, or if you can’t stop the pee, then quickly pull down your underwear and finish the stream into the toilet.
Now after you’ve emptied your bladder, look down at your underwear. There's a wet spot there now, because you wet yourself! Take a mental photo of this. You just had an accident in a public place!
Pull your wet underwear back up, and then pull your pants back up, and feel it. Feel what it feels like to stand there with wet underwear on.
Even though the pants look dry on the outside, you feel your underwear on the inside. You know what you've just done, even if no one else does. Hopefully no one else sees… but you saw the wet spot. You know that you just wet your pants.
I want you go be in public, sitting down somewhere or walking around. feeling the wet underwear on your body for about an hour or so. Then you can go home, or change into dry underwear. If you you get skin rashes easily, or if you feel uncomfortable with the wet underwear on, you can change into the dry underwear right away. But before you do… look down and look at your wet underwear. Really see it, see what you’ve done. You wet your underwear!
If you do this, comment on the post, and tell Mommy all about it :)

Well, in fortunately, I cannot experience this. About 3-4 months ago my actual mommy/wife locked away all my underwear because I was leaking at various times throughout the day and getting my pants a little wet. I’ve been in diapers 24/7 since!
