How long do you like to stay in trance for?

For some people it can be freeing to let go of their regular mind for the whole day. But others prefer to just enter into a strange state, experience the age regression and wetting, an then return to normal, everyday life.

honestly, I would love to try n stay in trance for a full 24 hours n see how it goes. But for a beginner like myself trying to get into full regression, I would love to see half an hour of files first.
