Some special instructions
🕑 Added 2022-07-19 22:09:57 +0000 UTCToday you will do something special ... and if not today, then tomorrow. If not tomorrow then the day after...
You are going to drink a nice, tall glass of water. If you still feel thirsty after that, you will drink another tall glass of water. Take your time, sip it. If you still feel thirsty, you will drink another tall glass of water.
After all, it's summer time and you need to stay hydrated. About 30 minutes after your final drink.. you will go to the bathroom. You will stand right in front of the toilet. But you're not allowed to use it. Just stand there and feel how your body wants to pee... now walk away... go and find your accident outfit.
If you listened to my previous mp3 file you will know what your accident outfit is... if you're not sure, then now is the time to pick your accident outfit. Find the clothes that you are ready to use as a trigger for wetting yourself.
Go to the bathroom.. and take your accident outfit with you.. feel how even having it near your body makes you want to pee... it makes you want to release completely... stand in front of the toilet.. feel how your body wants to pee.. but remember, you are not allowed to use the toilet now, because Mommy says you aren't. Instead you are going to put on your accident outfit. As you slide it onto your body... let go. Before you even get it on completely, let your body release.
As you pull on your accident outfit.. feel how you are already peeing yourself in it. Feel how you reinforce the trigger... this is the clothing that makes you pee. This is the clothing that gives you an instant accident. And every time you put it on, you will feel more like a pants wetter. More like someone with no bladder control.
Look down at your accident outfit.. look down at the puddle... see the evidence that you've wet yourself, and see how it feels. Accept the fact that you just wet yourself.

I tried but they got wet😥. Hopefully this don't look bad on my potty chart. I wasn't supposed to be wearing regular undies 😞. I'm going to get the right ones back on now😋. Thank you
Josie
I actually didn't get the accident outfit completely on me before it started happening
