A suggestion from me to you

I have a suggestion for a fun way to spend the time! On a cold day, when you have some free time and freedom to have an accident, make a warm beverage... Choose a beverage you really enjoy.
Maybe a hot tea, hot milk, apple cider, egg nog, juice, or just a warm cup of water. As you drink it, feel how it warms up your whole body. Maybe drink another one.. it's good to get some extra warm liquids this time of year.
It's good for your body. Drink up. Take nice long sips.. after you feel all that warm liquid.. just relax. Make the decision to let your body do whatever it needs to do. Maybe your body will decide to let go... maybe your bladder will decide to just let go... and you will feel the warm wetness spreading... let it happen. Maybe it will happen and maybe it won't... why don't you find out?
