But over the last few years one name has stood out above the rest, and shown the world that Hip Hop truly has no borders. Indian Rapper Sidhu Moose Wala hails from Moosa in the Punjab region of India. A small town boy who grew up to become one of the most feared and beloved rappers ever to hail from the world's most populated country. With an incredible singing voice, a deep love of firearms, and dubious connections to the Punjabi criminal underworld, Sidhu gained hundreds of millions of fans around the world rapping in his native tongue. As a Sikh, his music was heavily influenced by his religion and as much as he loved guns and gangsters, behind his music was clear principles. His music was revolutionary in spirit and he rallied the working class farm class or 'Jatts' where he was from to rise up and come together. Sidhu's impeccable rapping ability and revolutionary spirit saw him frequently compared to Tupac Shakur. But unfortunately for Sidhu those comparisons were much closer than he could have ever imagined. After capturing the hearts of hundreds of millions of fans he begun making bold moves. Like songs praising a notorious gang of killers he'd seemingly become affiliated with, and attempting to get into politics, running in an election in the hopes to take over his region. In the end Sidhu's revolutionary ambitions were perhaps too much for the powers that be. So in 2022 after a controversial election campaign, Sidhu would be assassinated by a group of hitmen, shot up in his car, just like Tupac Shakur. Nobody has truly broken down the Sidhu Moose Wala story in a way that Western audiences can truly follow and understand... until now. This video explores the entire story from start to finish, and includes a complete translation of all materials to English. So finally we in the West can appreciate and understand the full story of one of the World's greatest rappers who was taken out long before his time.

Honestly still annoyed at this response. I've been watching your channel since you first dropped the UK drill diary video and watched you grow from one guy editing his videos to having Camille on board to now having multiple people working for you. The least you could've done was shelled out £50 on Fiverr to get it translated (and maybe even hired some voice talent) for a slightly different experience. Instead, you just chose to shit on me for expressing my dislike for AI slop. On YOUR page I donate to of all places. I'd have assumed a bit of gratitude, but my original comment clearly struck a chord somewhere cus you know I'm right. If you're gonna make content like this but then hate being called a culture vulture invest in the people of that culture rather than trying to establish ANOTHER "brand" that's "for the people" that isn't for the people in the slightest. Before this, I considered upgrading tiers, but now I even feel that paying £2 a month is too much considering you can't handle any constructive criticism from long time followers.

That was INCREDIBLE!!! I never would have guessed they went hard like that in India or even how much of an inspiration Pac, Hip Hop and the West Coast is on the other side of the world. This documentary makes me want to learn more about Moose and check out his music. Throughout it all, the light at the end of the tunnel is the fact that his parents were blessed with another son. Peace and many blessings to that family. Always remind yourself every day, how much power is held within the tongue of the words you speak.
