Trenchtalk 06 - Doom, Faith, Humanity
🕑 Added 2023-04-26 19:46:30 +0000 UTCWe had a fun podcast that was quite different from the usual format. This time me and my co-host Gaston had the entire crew of Doom, Faith, Humanity on the show.
They are all voice-actors who together are making quite a fun fanmade series that include a ragtag bunch made up of all different kinds of regiments.
In this show I am voicing the character Johann, who is ofcourse... from Krieg.
I know these podcasts are very long, and not for everyone, but I think its always very fun and interesting. We're also doing a 40K trivia quiz so if you want to test your knowledge or learn more about the lore then check out this episode.
Despite the large amount of guests this was also pretty much the first podcast where we had no technical difficulties. The audio is all synced and the images all work when people talk.
I'm quite happy I've got it all working and I hope its going to be smooth sailing from now on.
I use two computers when doing the podcast. One that runs streamlabs and the other that records my mic inputs. A second discord account listens in on the the whole conversation (including my own voice) and that gets sent to stream labs. This way there is no lag between myself and the guests.
One thing I've learned the hard way is to never ever play any audio whatsoever. Even a few seconds of potentially copyrighted material is enough to demonetize the entire episode which is frankly ridiculous, but that's what it is.
