Flimpo Friday Update (3-15-24)
🕑 Added 2024-03-16 05:41:29 +0000 UTCHappy Friday once again Flimpo Fam!
With our company's taxes filed at long last, we've dived head-first into Mandelbrot Hall's teaser trailer! It took a lot of trial and error and an insane amount of tweaking, but we've gathered the best bits into one minute of footage we can't wait to flesh out.
Speaking of Mandelbrot Hall, Reid and Ren have started designing some of the merch! It's still early days, so if any of you have merch suggestions- we're open to hearing them in the comments! Once we have some more ideas from the community, we'll make a poll to see what's the most popular.
In other news, we've also got a new pitch bible client under our belts! We can't say much more than that for now, but it's a very silly premise we're excited for you all to see when the time comes.
In film festival news, I (Milo) will be in Toronto during April 4-6 for Toronto Animation Arts Festival International. My film, THE EVERYTHING IS OK SHOW, will be screening there- along with many other amazing works of animation! If any of our Canadian flimpoids are in town that weekend, you should totally stop by! For everyone else, I'm planning the public release to be on Studio Flimpo's channel this May- so keep your eyes peeled for the trailer!
This week Maisy is in her blankie. Usually we keep it near her little seat in the living room, and sometimes she drags it out with her. It might make her look like the end of some sort of freakish blanket appendage, but we still love her.
Flimp on, flimpos!

Agnus (Maven Kisser)
To start off with something simpler there’s always little 2D keychains! Maybe cute lil drawings of the characters with something they like? (Like a camera or a paint brush or a snack) But one day I’d love love love to have a plushie of the characters. I suck at sewing but Im thinking about trying to make a simple Maven thingy :)
