Poll
I am going to start this post with a reminder to everyone who hasn't looked at ---> This <--- poll yet.
I saved the results and I am going to take a week or two to think about it.
For now, I made it public so everyone can see what the poll is about.
And I would love to hear your opinion/vote about it as well. :)
Either on 9 or 16 February, I will discuss the results and the plan going forward.
However, I want to make 1 thing very clear.
Something that came up a couple times in the past couple of weeks.
Sweet Affection will continue to be my top priority, no matter what.
IF I begin to develop a second game, it will not be with the intention to drop Sweet Affection.
No, not even if my second game becomes more populair than Sweet Affection.
A second game would (hopefully) bring in a bit more income.
Which will allow me to keep working on Sweet Affection.
Yes, after 4/5 years it is also about needing a different outlet where I can put my creativity in.
But the Number 1 reason is quite simple that I need a second project in order to be able to keep developing full-time.
And ideally, it would also allow me to hire someone to help me.
So, please.
If you are worried that this means that I am going to drop Sweet Affection or be less motivated to finish it.
Trust me, you have nothing to worry about. :)
I am going to finish Sweet Affection, no matter what. Properly!
Sweet Affection 0.11.0
Now, let's talk a little bit about this month's update.
I am happy to say that we finished all the work for the rest of the level up event.
That part has been coded into the game and works properly.
We are currently in the process of setting everything up for the next level for Sarah & Shannon.
Making sure the gallery, diary, cheats, texts are updated.
But also making sure that the current level 10 events still work properly.
Like always, the level 10 events that are in Level E1 will be slowly replaced by new ones.
An early release shouldn't be a problem.
And I am aiming for a release on January 30th, 12:00 PM, GMT
Sweet Affection 0.11.1
In the meantime, I already started working on next month's update.
At minimum, the 07:00 and 08:00 events will be added for Sarah and Shannon.
But I'm hoping to be able to add the 09:00 events as well.
However, that part will be in the "If nothing goes wrong" part of the roadmap.
And, after a very, very long time.
It's finally time to work on Hazel her new content.
I am SO looking forward to finally further develop all the other side characters. :)
For now, I am going to end this post and get back to work.
I wish everyone a great remainder of the weekend.
And, thank you for your kindness and support.
If you have any questions, you can always reach me here or on discord.
I will be back this Thursday with the update and next weekend with another progress report.
