Apartment Update

I managed to lock down a new apartment! (since where I'm living now is leaking so bad that the bathroom door won't even shut because of water damage to the door frame). It's a bit more expensive, and the move is going to take a hit to my savings, but I won't be living in an ever expanding swamp with landlords that don't give a damn anymore! And I'll actually get to start focusing on videos again instead of being totally focused on how the house is falling apart around me. So hopefully you'll get to see new stuff from us very soon! :-D

Did you have renters insurance. Some plans give you money in the event your apartment becomes unlivable
