Need to rest for three days

I have bad news. I felt weak and heart palpitations last Sunday, the feeling was not very serious and my doctor recommended me to be hospitalized for a day. So I spent Sunday night and all the Monday in the hospital, that's why I didn't post on Monday. I had a full checkup, everything looks good, but some arrhythmia and nervousness. The doctor gave me some medication and told me to rest a lot. Today I felt better when I woke up, but just now, I worked for about 2 hours and that bad feeling came back. So I've decided to take three days off. I will still be waiting and offering help in the Discord channel.
I finished almost all of Margaret's renderings and animations last week, with only a few left over. And this week? I will wait until I feel better before I start it. I'll let you guys know how things are going this Thursday or Friday.

Thank you for your kind words. It's heartwarming. In the last three days I went to a different hospital, and the doctor told me I have vegetative nervous system disorder, caused by a variety of things: staying up too late, long-term irregular sleep and diet, stress. So when I feel nervous or concentrate for a long time, I get heart palpitations and weak. On the first day, I even felt bad when I played video games. But the good news is I'm getting better, today I felt OK after I worked a couple hours. Now I can work out, run and all things are going back to normal.
I don't know if things will get worse when I'm confronted with those nudity and sexual renders all day, so I'm gonna start with the code work, start with the easy parts, and gradually get my life back. For the past three years and more I've been working 14 hours a day developing games, working part-time in cafes, restaurants, delivering food and packages. My lesson is don't push yourself too hard. Now I'm trying to change, I'll share more how I feel in the future.
