🕑 Added 2021-12-18 20:46:51 +0000 UTCIf you don't wanna listen to my rambling about my thoughts and theories on the show, feel free to skip to approx. 18:15 for the episode reaction! I had lots to say lmao. If you do watch it, remember to not confirm nor deny my theories, I wanna find out for myself!
Enjoy!

I won't say anything more specific about your predictions until after you finish - only remind you that the show was not written or developed for more than one season. Everything we see on screen was created under the assumption that it would be - like most other Netflix K-drama's - a one-and-done show. The only reason a second season is on the table is that Squid Game became a cultural phenomenon.

It was interesting to hear your predictions! I have a lot to say about Sangwoo, most of which is probably best saved for when you finish the season, but I don't agree with your analysis of episode 6. It's easy to paint his and Gihun's actions as different because Gihun's seem "less bad" based on the circumstances - 001 was dying anyway and he forgave Gihun at the end, and everyone loves Ali - but objectively, the two of them did exactly the same thing. Plus, I think it makes sense that we see more of Gihun's guilt since he's the main character.
