Of course I'm watching this haha. IU is such a good bridge between the analogue age and digital age. That's why even the older crowd finds it easy to get into her music and the youth can appreciate it at the same time. Everyday with you is like my wake up ringtone. Her voice on that track is what you'd want to wake up to everyday. I hope flower bookmark 3 comes soon. It's time.

I also grew up with a lot of folk music (John Denver comes to mind most), so this album has been such a comforting one for me. Secret Garden especially is such a good springtime song to me.

By the stream was originally a poem. It was made into a song with a melody later on and that’s probably why it sounds so deep and sentimental. Btw the piano player and the arranger of IU’s version of By the stream was the music director of the movie Parasite, Jung Jaeil. Awesome collaboration 😆
