Lifetime Patron Rewards

A few other creators offer lifetime rewards (based on total, rather than monthly contribution), and I think this might be a good idea for me too. I'll probably add to this list as time goes by.
So the below benefits are in addition to the tier-specific rewards if your tier doesn't already include these items.
