Thanks, I've replicated the error. Looking into what's causing it now.

When I start a new game (shaper,cultist, three moons, charisma) after I defend Diana from the thugs it starts loading and it gets stuck there, my previous build in the previous version was an old watch grifter vigilante (also charisma) and it had no problem loading the town. reinstalling didn't fix it Specs: HP envy 14 i5-4210U 1.7Ghz 4gb RAM Intel HD Graphics
