Hot Take (perhaps): Napoleon Dynamite is one of the best films of the 21st century There's a humor in this movie that I feel is very rare. It tends to humanize characters (through humor) that we would get in heated arguments or look down upon in real life. King of the Hill has that same type of humor. We totally disagree with Hank on a lot of things, but also.... Love him?

I’m so excited for the “anti” war film video. The only film, in my opinion, that feels truly anti war is The Grave of the Fireflies. As someone who grew up with a Dad in the military, he would frequently talk about his favourite war films and I find that the war films he referenced all seem to focus on the camaraderie of the soldiers which is in its own way inherently pro-military even if not meaning to be pro-war. Grave of the fireflies felt like because it didn’t centre the soldiers it landed much more as an anti war film 🤷‍♀️ cannot wait to hear your thoughts and analysis
