September 2023 Wrap Up
🕑 Added 2023-10-03 15:37:56 +0000 UTCGreetings everyone!
Well this is an exciting time of year for me. We're moving into spooky season and I LOVE being spooky. It's one of my favorite times of year as I get to don my costumes and go to haunted houses. I get to get out in that comfortable autumn breeze and enjoy the foliage (when I'm not raking it). Also it's the best time of year for renaissance faires which is quite exciting to me. That said, nothing to fear. We have plenty of creations coming for you all as well. That said, before we look forward, let us look back!
Our new magic item releases for September:
Observer's Cowl
Fashioned from the specialized crystalline optics of the Drudgework Observer, this headpiece will make sure that you can see any danger coming your way. I won't say it's the most fashionable thing, but maybe you're into mech birds.
Disarming Sword
Some say the best offense is a good defense, but I'd wager that removing the enemy's offense is just as good of an option. For the right duelist out there, this tricky little sword could spell the difference between life and death.
Spearrow
Spiking Spear Sparrows have made themselves quite the menace of the skyways, using their powerful and razor sharp beaks to dive through balloons and sails alike. It seems someone got a bit tired of their mischief and fashioned a beak to a spear.
Goldie
This bulbous scepter is home to a little forgetful friend to take along on your adventures. Just know that she may make others a little forgetful too if you aren't too careful. Wait, what was I saying again?
Our latest in our line of Drudgework constructs, the fearsome Drudgework Observer sails above the clouds laying eyes on everything around. We're excited to put this one out as we've been wanting to do an avian for quite some time. It's been a blast creating this whole series.
One More Thing: Drudgework Observer
Ruling the skyways with their massive beating wings and enhanced means of sight, the Drudgework Observer is sure to make you feel perceived. While they're not much of an offensive force, they can be a menace in the air.
News & Projects We Love
Fight Like A Femme Charity Bundle
If you're a fan of TTRPGs (and why wouldn't you be if you're here), I recommend checking out the Fight Like a Femme bundle over on Itch! It goes to support Diversity Saves in their continued mission to help uplift marginalized creators through direct grants and outreach programs. Check out the bundle here.
The Digital Kompendium
We're still trudging away on this in the background. I'm going to really try to get a dev update out to you all this month as we show what we're building to offer easier access to all of our items. It's going to be a lift, but I'm excited to get it moving.
PAX Unplugged
Fernando and Matthew will be attending PAX Unplugged in December and we might just have some goodies available for folks that find us. We'll have some space at a friend's booth as well. We hope you'll come see us if you're attending!
As always, we package everything into convenient "Monthly Wrap Up" files for you. You can find them in your master posts where you can download everything from this month in one file.
