August 2023 Wrap Up
🕑 Added 2023-09-04 19:28:22 +0000 UTCGreetings everyone!
Well I suppose that's a wrap on hot goblin summer eh? I'm always a bit downhearted to see summer come to a close as I rather enjoy the outdoor activities that I get up to during it, but we still have fall and spooky season right around the corner which is great to look forward to. Fernando and I are already getting ourselves prepared for our journey to PAX Unplugged in December and we hope you'll join us if you can! We've created a lot of fun items this month so lets get into it!
Our new magic item releases for August:
Drudgelord's Lash
The mighty core of a Drudgemother construct, split and fashioned to a terrifying flail. It seems that someone was not so fond of what the constructs represented and decided to take a stand of their own.
Umbrala
When it rains, it pours, but unlike most umbrellas this one can keep you safe from more than just a drop or drizzle. A rain of arrows? Well they'll have to get through this magical darkness as well. Just make sure you keep a grip on it in the winds.
Watchful Seal
High society with all its trappings and fineries has many avenues to exploit for those looking for information. This sealing kit has everything you need to create a bit of espionage and they'll never be the wiser.
Apotheosis
The paladins of old relied on their faith, but then they learned that sometimes steel is needed more. When methods were devised for imbuing the power of their divine belief into their defense, a new height was achieved.
Larry N.
This chattering little friend with an arrow plunked firmly in his skull would be happy to lend a hand if he had one. Instead he'll merrily rattle away with his fluttering thoughts of the day. You just might find something useful locked away in that mind if you listen long enough.
We released the last in our line of Drudgework constructs as well with the Drudgemother! It's exciting to bring this line to a close especially with the construct that started the entire idea. Though we're moving on to other themes, that doesn't mean we're stopping our creature creation though.
One More Thing: Drudgemother
The core of the entire Drudgework network, it sees and knows all within its domain. With an insatiable lust for knowledge, it has been secretly curating a vast database of arcana and now it wants to know more from you.
The Scary M Word
I did a marketing centric panel! Daniel Gonzales and I put together a panel for Diversity Saves that was focused on marketing your TTRPG products and some initial tools you can use to get moving. You can find it on the Diversity Saves Youtube Channel.
As always, we package everything into convenient "Monthly Wrap Up" files for you. You can find them in your master posts where you can download everything from this month in one file.
