To auto join and automatically get your Patreon tier as a discord role, you need to link your discord to Patreon on your account settings. Alternatively just send me a dm and I'll send you an invite; you won't get your roles or updates to it automatically though

Hmm... Sorry, for the bothering, but it doesn't work for me, and i also seem to not find the option, to link my Discord to Patreon somehow. ° ^° I see other stuff like X or steam, but not Patreon. °^ °

It is linked, I can verify that :o Even clicking the manual link in the member's section opens it up but doesnt seem to send me off anywhere, weirdly enough.

Hi hi! it does auto join if you have discord linked to patreon. If that doesnt work i can DM you an invite directly as well
