DREDGE part 2!
🕑 Added 2023-05-06 12:39:11 +0000 UTCThis game is great haha, thank you for the lovely response to it so far! Having a great time editing it too. I know there's a bit of a slow turn out rate on videos at the moment! I am trying to make the videos more engaging to watch and just improve things overall so I am spending a bit longer on editing! It's been fun but it'll definitely take longer to get videos out. The plan for future games is still the same, with a sprinkling of smaller games in-between! Zelda may not have much early access time as it's a new release, I think I'll try to pounce on it at midnight and try my best to get some shorter uploads flying out the door, then after that it'll just be a huge passion project for me on the channel. I want to feel proud of a playthrough of Zelda before I can retire from lets plays hahahaha

I hope i will be able to follow the story. And i remember now that i did watch couple of episodes of Gab Smoulders playing Botw. So i at least know what kind of game we are talking about, eh.

You take as many KitKats as you need. I'm hoping for 100 years of Symba Lily, so you do what you need to, to keep this being something you want to do for as long as possible. Hey, can you clear something up that's been bugging me. Is it Symba Lily or Symbalily? On Patreon it's two words but on YouTube and discord it's one, and I don't know which one is correct.

That could be cool! I saw Nintendo put out an official recap video for Breath of the Wild. I should probably watch that at least.

Gotcha! Glad to hear that, it is important to take breaks. Most people don't realize that Youtube is more than a full time job. A lot of Youtubers don't ever take that personal time, and burn out. We definitely don't want to see that happen with you! I'm looking forward to your playthrough of Zelda! I haven't played a Zelda game since the original on NES, so I'm happy to experience the new one on your channel, rather than play it myself. It will be fun to watch considering how much you love the series.

Thank you so much for watching, seriously! Its so lovely and I definitely want to keep going for now, I reckon there will be a couple of breaks here and there! Especially after Zelda, she's going to take a while hahaha, Gab just did a playthrough on BOTW and it took her months of 3 hour plus videos!!
Sym
Awww thanks Nick! I am loving making videos at the moment, I just reckon I will be wiped after Zelda, may have a little break or something!
Sym
Hahaha I think I meant more the (or a I guess, less) upload and early access time for Patreon, esp with Zelda!
Sym
That's on my to play list! I am hoping to get round to it soon, in the next few months or so 😊 It has been requested so much that I gotta!
Sym
One of the cool things about Zelda is that each game picks up in a different time! And the hero's journey begins again and you dont really need to know anything, Tears of the Kingdom is interesting though because its a sequel to BOTW!
Sym
Thank you! I am thinking of watching one of those Zelda timeline videos on YouTube to brush up on the games myself, may film it just incase anyone is interested haha
Sym
Hahaha that's great then!
Sym
hahaha hearing that other people made that mistake too is funny!

I'm pretty sure you were kidding but just in case you weren't I do hope you don't call it quits for YouTube after Zelda. I mean, you do you if you have to, but I love your stuff. I'd miss it.

Dredge is such a cool game! We're all totally cool with you taking some extra time for editing. The videos are up when they're up! I really enjoy your channel Amber, it's a bit worrying seeing you mention retiring from Let's Play's. Are you actually thinking about calling it quits after Zelda? Of course, you need to do what is best for you, but we will be sad to see you go.

Here I am thinking it seemed like there were more uploads from you recently, lol 🐠

totally ok with the wait if it means higher quality content! keep it up!

Spooky looking thumbnail, should make for a fun watch. I know you said you're not trying to become a fishing channel, but it would be really funny if Dredge led into you playing Return of the Obra Dinn; a game taking place on a merchant ship.

Well done on the editing again. I think my favorite bit was adding the "Steel Point?" using the map font was nice little touch. You're a big boy boat now. Thanks for the video. Look forward to the next one.

More Dredge, yay! I have never played any Zelda games or watched any videos about them, so i hope i can follow the new game let's play.

Looking forward to watching this. It will surely go nicely with this pizza I'm about to cook! Also looking forward to watching you play Zelda! I don't have much of a relationship with Zelda myself besides playing it on Gameboy as a hatchling, but it's crystal clear that you love it and that is always a recipe for a good watch. I hope you won't retire immediately after your let's play hopefully becomes a great success 😀

In a good way!

I was actually just thinking you were putting out videos very quickly

Loved the zoom-in on the "sell all fish" as you sold the eels. I too made that mistake and had pretty much the same reaction as you did, where instantly afterwards the realization hits... Was really a very packed episode with lots of great moments. Looking forward to the next episode already.

By retire you mean enter streaming? 😅 haha. Can't even articulate how excited I am for Zelda, and for your playthrough of course.
