I strongly encourage you to play the DLC before looking up explainer videos on Outer Wilds! The DLC is just as easy to spoil as the base game and really should be experienced blind. It also answers a few (not many, but a few) of the questions that were left open by the base game.

Great episode! Looking forward to the grand finale and maybe dlc in the future 👀

There is also a pretty great documentary by Noclip on the making of Outer Wilds that would make for a good patreon reaction. It's an amazing game with an amazing story. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LbY0mBXKKT0 "Outer Wilds began as Alex Beachum's USC Interactive Media & Games Division master's thesis and grew into a full-production commercial release. He started the project in late 2012 for his yearlong thesis and "Advanced Game Project" assignment."

I definitely finished it, and then pieced it together later. Also if you do the DLC, it'll answer some questions that really don't in the base game.

I think I would definitely find that helpful as even now after finishing it I'm still confused on the timeline of everything!

Can't wait to watch this episode. I guess I still won't know how much of the backstory you get until the end of the next episode; but you might want to check out "The Lore Explorer" on youtube, he has a good history of the Nomai video. Not sure if it would be good reaction content but it's interesting to hear it all laid out in chronological order.
