I remember when I first played it back in 2018 I had to look up so much information (like: Where the heck is Pale ore??) etc, hahaha Amber's picked it up really well and it's been such a joy to see new areas discovered... Also from prior experience hollow knight let's plays are extremely likely to get backseaters which luckily I haven't seen too many

I can relate to the new meds (sleep) impact and feeling, started SSRIs recently. Probably quite different in a way. Hope you feel better soon and get to the benefits part.

It was good seeing you warm up to weaving the spells in; they do a lot of damage with the shaman stone and even more after you got the upgrade! If you have full soul it's definitely worth casting a few and saving just a little for a heal or two. I'm impressed that you're finding so much so efficiently, your attention to all the details is paying off!
