Semi-Perfect Cell Redesign
🕑 Added 2022-09-11 14:01:01 +0000 UTCA Redesign of Cell's second form! I wanted to stick with the Imperfect's bug motif, but keep the canon design's BULK. As with the last one, I included a Cell Max color version.

So will Perfect Cell not have his handsome human esque face or will it be something different or look more like Meruem's face?
Just a couple of weeks to wait for Perfect, hope he lives up to the hype!
Okay but this is such a good take on semi-perfect Cell. It feels like a more natural progression, but also has me hyped for how Perfect Cell is going to look!!!
