I think it was the scale that threw Brian off. In my mind I think of Goblins close to the same size as Gnomes but the picture appears to show the Goblin human sized. I love the detail on having the amulets and other jewelry shown on the anvil.

lol, it's supposed to be one of the Goblin Crafters from the story. I didn't even think about it being similar to an Orc :(
