Oh boy, so much for the big epic OP finale I had originally planned (as in my test runs and plan for the series, I would warp back after completing the entire tech tree and roflstompcopter my way through the homeworld biters... I could afford to do that because in warpzone 8, I killed all moving biters via command every few minutes to get rid of the lag... In this series, there's 2 key differences:
1) the planned one: Instead of letting warptorio reset evolution to 0% again, I'd set the evolution to 100% upon warping home (basically continuing from the warpzone 8 evolution, as the homeworld has been active the whole time thus evolution should not reset imo. Also what kind of epic finale resets evolution to 0% anyway???
2) The unplanned one: yeah. Killing biters via command is lame. Even though many people suggested it because it'd make no difference to the game as we're not defending upstairs anyway, in the end it still DID affect the game... not on the micro scale, but on the macro scale, and pretty strongly at that: we basically HAD to make a DEEP beeline to the Homeworld technology to be able to warp home before the game would devolve to a completely quasistatic state... Which means we're coming here with NO weapons or upgrades... Heck, I haven't even gotten the explosive damage upgrade 2 yet which lets grenades instakill trees!

PS. This goes on youtube on friday 19. I hope to have the next episode ready for patreon by then as well, but I'm moving between countries again so it may be a bit later. Also, there is no stream this friday 12 july because of that. I will try to stream tonight instead if I can finish all remaining tasks in time (starting roughly 6-8 hours from the moment of this post) but no guarantee.
