The next episode of Magnolia County is in the folder, but it currently lacks title and other info. The episode is about planning a neighborhood with realistic planning considerations and, reasonably, probably could have been three videos. We do everything from make a neighborhood, to a huge interchange, to add a bunch of services. it's a fun one!

Really enjoying the Segunda Beach campus build. Can't wait to see what comes next. Looks like you need to expand the residential tax base a bit in order to lower the tax rates on industry and offices. But you have a nice balance right now between employment and unfilled jobs. I'm also looking at this really wonderful campus. It's interesting to notice that as often as you place manicured grass surfaces, there are none here (just an observation not a criticism). I also keep thinking about really cool university campuses that have at least one high-rise residential tower (e.g. residential towers at CU Boulder on Baseline Road -- https://maps.app.goo.gl/PbjDnA8z7XdpDESaA). Maybe there is space to add density with some medium or high density residential towers on campus? Also feeling like the stadium feels slightly underwhelming when compared to the high school sports field. But those aren't criticisms ... just thoughtful suggestions ... I really love this build! Also appreciate how you went back in and cleaned up the lumpies and bumpies on the waterfront. fyi ... looks like you're importing a ton of water (~87k m^3/month); also ... traffic flow @60% in a town of 14K population might need some attention.
