🕑 Added 2025-04-20 15:48:56 +0000 UTCThe Wire has been sitting at the throne for some of my favorite experiences in television and I can't wait to dive deeper into its story and characters. A difficult landscape with puddles having the depths of oceans.

Bodie was killed by a pawn. They kill diagonally. Bodie was focused on the rooks (Snoop and Chris)

Small thing I noticed in Michael and Dookie's new home, all the doors are slightly ajar and never fully closed. I think this comes from Michaels years of childhood abuse, and him wanting to feel safe. A show that I always recommend when people finish The Wire is "We Own This City" 6 episode HBO miniseries, written and produced by the same people who did The Wire, and starring many of the same actors. Heavily focused on police corruption and abuse, it's about very real, and very recent events that happened in Baltimore.
