yeah usually I don't repeat characters, but for example Solaris hasn't been in a poll in ages, but also I know she's really popular since I did a work focused on her 2-3 years ago already. For now I'll test how much impact this has and see if I keep this system or nah

I would suggest instead of the popular character tax that you just not add characters who have won polls previously for 1 or 2 polls
