Illicit Alliance - Act II Begins!

So, this is the first edited snippet, about a chapter-length. I may update this one faster, along the lines of a normal novel, but September's busy for me so we'll see.
Just to be safe, I'm including a version with the whole of Illicit Alliance in it, in case y'all want to catch up from the beginning as a refresher. I know I did. SEVERAL times.
