This Amur Leopard is a Mercenary/Smuggler who floats around the Huudari islands and waters moving from job to job. You'll find out more about his personality if you're reading 'Illicit Alliance', because he'll be making his appearance in Act II!
His weapon is a Berdiche, or my approximation of one in this setting anyway. It's essentially just a poleaxe.
